We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Classroom Paraprofessional. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and social development of our first-grade students. Assist the classroom teacher in implementing instructional activities and lesson plans.
Collaborate with the teacher to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Support students in developing their reading skills through guided literacy activities.
Foster a sense of community within the classroom and encourage positive interactions among students.
Facilitate and support play-based learning activities outdoors, promoting exploration and engagement with the natural environment.
Provide assistance to students in their social, emotional, and academic development, tailoring support to individual needs.
Collaborate with the teacher to monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions.
Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
Wage grade 3, Pay range: $17.81-$24.71 based on experience, 191 days per year, 6.5 hours per day.
