Job Description :
1 years merchant support experience preferred Retail experience preferred
High School diploma or equivalent required
Associate's degree in Business Administration or similar field of study preferred
- Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills, ability to develop multiple projects, and effectively manage a large volume of work
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed position requirements under minimal direction and supervision
- Ability to operate professionally, effectively, and ethically as an individual contributor and member of a team
- Provide superior customer service, demonstrating sound logic and judgment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external, including investors, directors and executive officers
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
Regular attendance required
Flexibility to work weekends as required
Duties may change; Associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned
