Work Experiences :
6 months experience in a customer service-related role requiredExperience in an Omni Channel Contact Center environment preferredPrevious Work at Home experience preferredSkills :

Answer incoming customer contacts (calls, chats, emails) in a professional mannerRespond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, as neededResearch and troubleshoot problems and provide resolutions by using available resourcesProvide customers with product and service informationIdentify and escalate priority issuesFollow-up with customers, when necessaryDocument customer contacts, as requiredDevelop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures, and safety rulesDuties may change; team member may be required to perform other duties as assignedHome Office Requirements :
