Job Description:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field of study required
• Graduate degree preferred

Work Experiences:

• A minimum of 5 years in real estate, property development industry and/or Project Management experience prefer retail experience
• Retail Real Estate and / or Commercial Real Estate environment experience preferred
• Understanding of commercial real estate, related systems and basic legal terminology
• Strong experience in all phases of the retail project life cycle, including but not limited to Real Estate, Design, Construction, Lease Administration, Finance, Store Operations, Legal, etc.
• Financial planning, Project Management, and budgeting experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial skills to diagnose and capture process improvement opportunities preferred
• Experience with contracts, purchase orders, and contract administration
• General knowledge of how to read leases, construction drawings, or fixture plans is preferred
• Quick learner who is a team player

Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Project Construction and Design Operations to identify and document opportunities for overall workflow/process improvement.
• The Sr. Construction and Design Operations Projects Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to assist in managing business-critical projects to ensure they are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• The role is highly collaborative, involving coordinated efforts between the Category Managers and multiple cross functional teams such as Real Estate, Design, Construction, Lease Administration, Finance, Store Operations, Legal, etc.
• Create and maintain project plans, reports, and dashboards that regularly provide the project team, leadership, and business partner insight into project portfolio
• Responsible for managing and maintaining multiple, simultaneous projects—many of which are complex in nature—ensuring adherence to project objectives and deadlines
• Gather data and analyze metrics & trends to evaluate success of overall project
• Develop and execute analytical tools to support leadership decision making and reporting tools to evaluate projects and business processes.
• Analyze and present updates regarding project performance, risks, issues, mitigation plans, and change requests in partnership with leadership
• Support ad hoc analysis to support portfolio KPIs, metrics, and learnings
• Ownership of written communications regarding process, procedures, and leadership updates. Tailoring communication to multiple levels of the organization.
• Collaborate across cross functional teams to recognize the impact of process changes throughout the organization in order to effectively and efficiently implement process improvement
• Provide thoughtful and effective solutions as well as plans for execution for each of his/her projects
• Experience with contracts, purchase orders, and contract administration
• General knowledge of how to read leases, construction drawings, or fixture plans is preferred
• Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned

• Regular office attendance required
• Up to 15% travel, as needed
