What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inpatient Clinical Program Manager position at Acadia Behavioral Health (Pioneer Behavioral Health)?
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment.
- Implement the approved program plan objectives, timetables, expected outcome and measures for assigned areas of responsibility
- Responsible for staff recruitment, performance management, performance evaluation, and scheduling
- Organize, manage and coordinate all operational and administrative processes relative to area of responsibility
- Support, teach and act as a program resource for other staff members.
- Monitor staff schedules to ensure that appropriate staffing levels are available to facilitate care in a timely manner.
REQUIRED:
- Master's degree in counseling or a closely related field
- 4 or more years' experience working with Substance Use Disorder population
- 1 or more years' supervisory experience
- Professional clinical license required (LCAS, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) LCAS is preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
PREFERRED:
- LCAS license
- Certified Clinical Supervisor certification
