What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Acadia Behavioral Health (Pioneer Behavioral Health)?
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in similar position.
- Knowledge of the standard practices, procedures and tools required in the general building trades, general knowledge of stationary equipment operation and management. Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to work with male and female adult (18-over) substance abuse/dually diagnosed population.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with all outside vendors
- Performs the preventative maintenance
- Performs service as needed on facility equipment
- Identifies problems in order to be proactive in maintaining safety and operations
