Outpatient Therapist

Join the team of highly dedicated mental health professionals. We are presently looking for a Full Time, and Part Time Therapist in our inpatient and our outpatient facility.
Work Includes:
- Providing assessment, interventions, treatment planning and discharge planning, as well as providing individual, family and group therapy to further patient/family/group progress in treatment.
- Facilitating substance abuse groups with the adolescent/adult populations. This position will allow the opportunity for employee to complete chemical dependency assessments, offer community resources, and family education to support our patients during their recovery.
- Employing a variety of cognitive, behavioral and insight oriented modalities of treatment.
- Serving as a member of the interdisciplinary team, supporting each unit’s treatment program, assuring the deliverance of quality and consistently excellent treatment to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
Education:
A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology from an accredited college or university
Licensure:
May be a NV licensed intern working towards licensure or fully licensed in CSW, LCSW, LPC, APC, MFT, etc.; LADC preferred.
Experience:
Minimum One (1) year experience working as a therapist in Mental Health, preferably in an acute hospital setting or residential setting.
