Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our Environmental Remediation Company. Teaching will mostly involve courses in Asbestos, Lead and Safety that will be taught to employees as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and enhancing student engagement. This role is essential in delivering high-quality instruction and maintaining proper documentation/certificates.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Facilitate classroom discussions and encourage student participation.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to promote their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices to continually improve teaching methods.
Experience
- A degree from a recognized university is required.
- Previous teaching or instructional experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with students and staff.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
