- Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Ensure all project phases are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, high performance, and adherence to safety standards.
- Budget and Cost Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that expenses are within the allocated budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality.
- Procurement and Materials Management: Oversee the ordering and delivery of materials, ensuring timely and efficient procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues before they arise and develop solutions to address them proactively.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of experience in project management within the construction or similar industries.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Production Management Skills: Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Customer-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
- Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate and solve problems quickly, keeping projects on track and minimizing delays.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
