Production Manager

As a Production Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our landscape projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, managing teams, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly throughout the entire lifecycle of each job.

• Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Ensure all project phases are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, high performance, and adherence to safety standards.
• Budget and Cost Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that expenses are within the allocated budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality.
• Procurement and Materials Management: Oversee the ordering and delivery of materials, ensuring timely and efficient procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues before they arise and develop solutions to address them proactively.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 years of experience in project management within the construction or similar industries.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Production Management Skills: Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Customer-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
• Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate and solve problems quickly, keeping projects on track and minimizing delays.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices in the construction/landscape industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
