Acadia LLC is seeking an individual to serve as the Designer/Project Manager for ongoing renovation and new build projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecture, interior design, project management.

We have been in business for over 20 years, serving residential and commercial clients throughout East Tennessee. We’re seeking Designer/Project Manager to join our growing team and contribute to the successful execution of our projects.
Job Summary:
As Designer/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the execution and completion of multiple real estate development and interior design projects, including new construction, rehabilitation of historic properties, and general renovation work. You will work closely with our site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed timely and efficiently. Most projects are for portfolio properties and resale by business entities associated with Acadia LLC, however, you may be brought in to assist our Acadia Landscape Design teams for projects related to this division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Oversee all projects from preconstruction to completion.
- Estimating: Ability to estimate and present jobs accurately.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, contracts, schedules, and budgets.
- Quality Control: Ensure company standards and client requirements are achieved.
- Client & Vendor Interaction: Maintain client and vendor relationships and provide weekly project updates.
- Reporting: Coordinate, generate, and present project status reports.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor project expenditure and adherence to budget constraints.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address project issues and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
- 3 Years of Construction Project Management experience.
- 3 Years of Interior Design experience.
- Inspection and inspection portal experience.
- Able to successfully estimate, review, and present new construction projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software/tools, Bluebeam, HCSS, or related.
