Java/Scala server side development experience is essential. The candidate must be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of multi-threaded development.
Experience with designing and implementing high performance / low latency systems is essential
Being able to demonstrate ability to implement reusable and maintainable object oriented and (or alternatively functional programming) designs is essential
Demonstrable experience implementing global, distributed systems in a mission critical/trading environment is highly desirable
Experience with web-based (HTML5) front end technologies is desirable
Experience with BDD/TDD is desirable
