Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. Duties
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the Resort to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide outstanding customer service while adhering to company policies.
- Oversee shift management, ensuring that all team members are performing their duties efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with Resort policy and all safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management and hotel operations with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong supervisory skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
