- Acts as the Patient Advocate for the hospital, providing timely logging, investigation, and closure of patient complaints and grievances.
- Assis with planning and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist with planning and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- May assist in training employees in compliance, risk, or quality subjects.
- May provide assistance in reviewing compliance opportunities and monitoring progress and deadlines.
- May serve as a liaison for designated compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
- May assist with the investigation of incidents.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities associated with position as needed.
