- JOB SUMMARY:** Seek and analyze Fleet efficiencies while working closely with Operations to assist in finding lean operating methodologies. Work with the Director of Fleet Operations to ensure quality of work, eliminate downtime, and analyze opportunities to reduce costs.
- REPORTS TO:** Director – Fleet Maintenance
- EQUIPMENT:** Computer, printer, calculator, various databases relating to Fleet Maintenance and Management.

- Seek and analyze Fleet efficiencies while working closely with Operations to assist in finding lean operating methodologies
- Work with the Director of Fleet Operations to ensure quality of work, eliminate downtime, and analyze opportunities to reduce costs
- Design and produce measurable in order to gauge Fleet's progress; and to optimize asset usage efficiencies
- Work with the Director of Fleet Operations and staff to identify and implement new technologies
- Work with the Director and Maintenance Supervisors to achieve organizational and departmental goals
- Research new products to enhance operations and improve cost efficiency as approved by the Director of Fleet prior to allocating the time and resources.
- Oversee daily operations all Fleet locations
- Provide leadership and direction to supervisory team and staff
- Prepare reports and proposals for Administration
- Manage the operational efficiency of vehicle fleet
- Ensure technicians have a safe working environment
- Respond to and resolve inquiries and problems
- Report on vehicle assignments/reassignments needs to the Director of Fleet, and executing the moves once approved by the Director of Fleet.
- Highschool Diploma or GED.
- Clean driving record/current driver's license.
- Leadership skills; systems analysis and implementation; ability to master fleet maintenance software (Dossier) and supporting software programs (MS Office Products); produce measurable in order to compare and report progress; identify and analyze efficiencies; manage assets; and have the ability to work well with others (all levels).
- Understanding of automotive and maintenance processes is well regarded, but not essential.
