What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Acadian Medical Consultants?
Job Responsibilities:
Office Administrator with education or similar work experience
Handles all data entry, AP, AR, Quotes, POs, rebate calculations, commission calculations, and billing within QuickBooks Online platform
Handles deposits and reconciliation of accounts
Download transactions, sales tax, and invoicing/collections
Performs general office duties such as ordering of supplies, answering phones
Requirements:
QuickBooks online experience at an intermediate level with 1-3 years of experience (proficiency testing will be administered)
Accounting / bookkeeping experience of 1-2 years or similar educational training
Intermediate to expert Excel and Outlook experience a must (proficiency testing will be administered)
Highly adaptable
Analytical/Critical thinker
Good phone voice
Enjoys changing priorities
Fast learner
Self motivated
