This is an on-site role for a Director of Nursing located in Youngsville, LA. The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing infection control practices. Daily tasks include supervising nursing staff as well as MAs, CNAs and DSWs, managing patient care, and coordinating with medical professionals to maintain high standards of care for long-term and rehabilitative treatment. The role also involves strategic planning to improve patient outcomes.

- Infection Control and Nursing practices
- Knowledge of Medicine related to brain injury
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Current RN license in the state of Louisiana
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing
- Experience in brain injury rehabilitation is a plus but not required.
