As a Treatment Coordinator/Insurance Assistant, you will be integral in delivering outstanding customer service while managing administrative tasks within a dental office setting. Reporting to the office manager, your core skills in dental administrative support and office experience will be essential in coordinating patient treatment plans and handling insurance inquiries. Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills to effectively assist patients and clients
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is a plus
- Ability to manage insurance-related tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to enhance patient care and office workflow
- Knowledge in Dentrix software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with insurance inquiries and coordinate treatment plans.
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation of dental terminology.
- Provide administrative support within the dental office, including scheduling appointments, handling customer service inquiries, and verification and follow through of insurance claims.
- Maintain organized office operations and assist in office management tasks.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
