Acara Solutions, an Aleron Company, is seeking a Technical Administrative Assistant to support our client, a leading manufacturers' representative in the mechanical industry. In this role, you will play a key part in the inside and outside sales departments.
We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge and administrative experience who can prepare sales quotations and project submittals, as well as maintain pre and post bid project paperwork.
The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge of company policies and procedures and be able to provide exceptional customer service while aligning with company objectives.
This position requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to maintain technical knowledge by attending industry-related educational events such as training sessions, presentations, and workshops.
