• Collaborate with customers to resolve inspection issues and provide feedback.
• Create and deliver training programs for shipment inspectors.
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to improve shipment quality.
• Maintain accurate shipment reports and data.
• Oversee shipping safety management, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance roles.
