At Acara Solutions, we are seeking a dedicated Shipping Quality Manager to join our team.
Competitive Pay Rate: $24-$35/hr DOE
- Develop and maintain shipping inspection standards and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and quantity standards are met.
- Accompany customers during inspections, summarize results, and provide feedback while tracking and verifying inspection issues.
- Create and administer training programs for shipment inspectors, fostering skill enhancement and comprehensive development.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to improve shipment quality and verify the effectiveness of improvement measures.
- Coordinate sampling and identification of inventory products, report scrap products, and maintain shipment reports and data.
- Oversee shipping safety management, including hazard identification, spot checks, and adherence to safety regulations.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years in manufacturing quality assurance roles is required.
