Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the compactor rentals industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and oversee a team of sales representatives.
- Waste management experience is highly preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the construction and waste management sectors.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the rental or equipment industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
