We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administration professional to join our team at Acara Solutions, an Aleron Company. This role will play a vital part in supporting our client, a leading manufacturers' representative in the mechanical industry.
The successful candidate will have experience preparing sales quotations and project submittals, as well as maintaining pre and post bid project paperwork.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge of company policies and procedures and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
This position requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously. The successful candidate will also be required to maintain technical knowledge by attending industry-related educational events such as training sessions, presentations, and workshops.
