The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving sales for products that are widely used in both civilian and military applications, including aviation, emergency services, law enforcement, and marine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies based on market insights.
- Lead the creation of customer quotations and proposals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Drive sales performance and conduct product presentations to prospective customers.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategic sales initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer support and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and improve business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with company's ethics, safety policies, and industry standards.
