Acara Solutions is seeking a Temporary Accounting Clerk to join our client in Amherst, NY!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with filing, processing, and organizing paper and electronic documents.
- Review and manage the accounting inbox, sorting and filing 700 emails.
- Support AP and AR functions to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Provide administrative support across accounting, purchasing, logistics, and customer service departments.
- Perform general office tasks and assist with any additional administrative duties as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $25.00 per hour
