Acara Solutions is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join one of clients in Yuma, AZ -Role will be fully onsite-Hours will be M-F, 7am-3 : 30pm AZ time.-40 hour work week w / 10 hours of OT per week-Contractor may need to drive an vehicle, so a driving record screening will be required per our CAR form.-12 month contract with possibility of extensionRequired Skills / Qualifications : -3 years of clerical / administrative experience-Bilingual preferred, but not required-Computer & customer services experience-Will be a control desk administrator and service coordinator-Additional duties include : service coordinator support (creating reports, scheduling / coordinating subdivision services, scheduling meter orders, assisting customer inquiries, and status for active projects (CPR & SC), reconciling / closing out work order packets, and other construction project tasks.Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
