We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.Required Skills / Qualifications : -High School Diploma or GED-Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing-Minimum of 2 years' experience in SolderingPreferred Skills / Qualifications : -IPC soldering certification; -Ability to read / write / communicate in English language-Ability to read and understand Device / Work instructions. -Ability to understand verbal work instructions. -Able to succeed in highly regulated compliance-oriented environment while still providing service excellence. -Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; -Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume and distance -Ability to carry out tasks through detailed written or oral instructions; -Basic computer skills.Additional Information : -Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.-In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a repeated basis. -Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) / color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors; depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).
