We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.Required Skills / Qualifications : -High School Diploma or GED-Minimum of 2 years experience as an electromechanical assembler utilizing IPC-620 standards-Minimum of 2 years experience in IPC-620 standardsincluding - Crimping open and closed barrels- Coax (BNC's, Virginia or Mac Panel)- Soldering, Solder sleeves & Solder splices-Daisy chains-Minimum of 2 years experience in IPC-WHMA-A-620 Preferred Skills / Qualifications : -Mechanical and electrical experience in subassemblies-Torque (understanding how to set tools and use)-Cable routing (bend radius, service loops, dressing of wires)-Able to perform self-inspections (understanding criteria - acceptable or defect recognition)-Able to follow work instructions and understand drawingsAdditional Information : -Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.-In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.-Under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), all employees assigned to this client must provide documentation verifying their status as a '', as defined in ITAR clause 120.15.
