Interested?Here's what you'd do : -The Business Data Analyst will conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, regional market dynamics, and macroeconomic factors to support strategic decision-making.-Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry, regional, and macroeconomic data and reports to identify trends.-Establish / coordinate content and platform page development for client internal partners.-Ensure the timely application and maintenance of the iPortal content (daily / weekly / periodic).-Maintain and enhance interactive dashboard(s) and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize the iPortal platform and other COS systems.-Utilize Knime, Power Automate, and other client-related systems for data integration, transformation, and advanced analytics.-Apply AI techniques to analyze data, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.-Assist COS team, utilizing PowerPoint proficiency strategy slides presented to Senior Staff.-Candidate may be asked to support other COS teammates in other data-driven projects as they may align with the iPortal or the broader SFS PS-AM initiatives.-Contributes to creative thinking and supporting the team, believes in a teamwork approach, and in facilitating change.
