Acara Solutions is seeking a Civil Engineer, EIT for our client in West Palm Beach, FL! We are seeking qualified candidates with : -A Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field-A strong drive for professional growth and development -A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a hands-on environment and take on new challenges! Here's what you'll do : -Performs moderate analysis and design tasks involving design calculations and sketches of plans.-Prepares portions of project documents and edits specifications.-Performs research and investigations.-Reviews environmental documents.-Participates at various meetings with city, county and other governmental and private entities.-Performs duties on small projects or portions of larger projects at the same time.-Assist in prioritizing and scheduling projects, determining work requirements to complete project plans, and coordinates scheduling to accommodate projects already underway.-Reviews construction site to monitor progress.-Performs other job responsibilities as assigned. Position Type : Direct Placement Pay : Up to $65K / yr.

- Required Skills / Qualifications : Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Environmental, or other related Engineering field. Preferred Skills / Qualifications : -Knowledge of applicable engineering theory, methods, and practices, with the ability to apply sound engineering principles to the solution of technical problems.-An understanding of water treatment / distribution, wastewater collection / treatment and storm water / water resources principles and state regulations is preferred. -Proficiency in AutoCad.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.-Excellent written and oral communication skills. -Strong attention to detail, with a demonstrated capability to meet project budget and deadlines.
