Duties
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Respond to IT support requests in person, via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Set up user accounts and profiles and manage access control
- Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and equipment
