Acara Solutions is seeking an HR Administrative Coordinator for our client in Salem, VA! We are seeking qualified candidates with : Administrative experience in the HR fieldKnowledge of benefits, onboarding, and other HR functions Strong communication skills Here's what you'll do : -Organize and maintain employee records, both physical and electronic.-Ensure timely scanning and proper documentation of HR files. -Provide resources and direct employees to the appropriate contacts for specific benefit inquiries. -Act as a point of contact for associates' questions regarding payroll, onboarding, and HR policies.-Provide clear guidance to direct employees to the correct department, phone number, or email for resolution. -Maintain communication with various departments to keep associates informed on HR-related updates. -Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed. Position Type : Contract (Approx. 3-6 months)Pay : Up to $30 / hr.

- Required Skills / Qualifications : -Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. -Minimum 2 years' experience supporting day-to-day HR operations. -Minimum 2 years' experience using Microsoft Office & HRIS software. Preferred Skills / Qualifications : -Bachelor's Degree.Knowledge of Federal and State Labor and Employment laws.
