Acara Solutions is seeking Index Tool Machine Operators for our client located in Sauk Rapids, MN. Pay : $16.73 - $22.60 DOE 15% shift differentialDuration : Temp to Hire Schedule : 1st shift; Mon-Thu, 5am-5pm or 2nd shift, Mon-Thu 5pm-5am Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned : -Perform basic set-ups and operate machines in more than one assigned area -Operate complex equipment and machines in a safe manner -Fit, align and adjust machines or assemblies to meet tolerances and product operating requirements -Work from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications -Identify deviations that can potentially interrupt productivity -Maintain logs and other necessary documents -Work with direct supervisionRequired Skills / Qualifications : - Ability to handle fragile products, perform repetitive tasks and demonstrate safety awareness - Visual acuity and manual dexterity - Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
