Here's what you'd do : -Uses predetermined methods, operations, setups, and prescribed specifications to inspect visually in-process and completed Cable Inspections.-Uses various measuring devices.-Accepts, rejects, or reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems.-Works from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawing or inspection instructions, and checklists.-Monitor and verify quality through statistical processes or other control procedures.-Communicates effectively with assemblers, engineers, and management when resolving quality issues. We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.Required Skills / Qualifications : -High School Diploma or GED.-Minimum of 2 years experience in the manufacturing process of Cables Inspections.-Minimum of 2 years experience with soldered and crimp cable inspection using IPC-A-620 standards.-Minimum of 2 years experience in Reading Engineering Drawings.-Minimum of 2 years experience in Cable Harness.-Minimum of 2 years experience in Documentation.-Minimum of 2 years experience in IPC-WHMA-A-620.-Minimum of 2 years experience in Measuring and Soldering.-Minimum of 2 years experience in using personal computers and newer applications. -Minimum of 2 years experience in Visual InspectionPreferred Skills / Qualifications : -Able to identify non-conformances IAW IPC-A-620, & specific other requirements.-Ability to perform assembly tasks related to assigned inspection areas if needed.-This includes detail orientation and proficiency at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents, and work instructions.-Team player with good verbal and written communication skills.-When resolving quality issues, interfaces effectively and diplomatically with assemblers, test technicians, engineers, customers, and management.Additional Information : -Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.-In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be needed to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire.-Under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), all employees assigned to this client must provide documentation verifying their status as a ',' as defined in ITAR clause 120.15.
