We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.Required Skills / Qualifications : -Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or Educational Technology or Instructional Technology.-Minimum of 3 years of professional experience designing and developing training programs using different delivery methods (instructor-led, eLearning, videos).-Minimum of 3 years experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.-Minimum of 3 years experience in eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, and Synthesia.-Minimum of 3 years experience creating storyboards / content outlines.-Minimum of 3 years experience in instructional design, which includes developing or redesigning instructor-led and web-based courses or curricula and associated training materials / documents (guides, instructor books, assessments).Preferred Skills / Qualifications : -Good written and verbal communication skills.-Knowledge and application of adult learning theories and principles.-Good interpersonal skills in both SME and team interactions.-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.-General graphic design knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign, and Illustrator.-High levels of leadership capability, a team-oriented focus, and an ability to meet the customer's needs.
