The position will be Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote).
Title: Investment Analyst (Multiple Openings)
Location: Irving, TX
Hours: 40 hours/week
Length: Temp (3 Months)
- The Financial Analyst II performs many accounting, customer service and organizational functions.
- They are responsible for collaborating with internal and external members to promote financial health within the organization.
- Searching each carrier statement for any payment inconsistencies or errors while making sure plan participants are being charged correctly at the EE/ER tier.
- Performs verification and accuracy checks monthly on all assigned accounts.
- Implement strategic processes and evaluate methods that supply correct results.
- Follows client Standard Operating Processes in relation to timely payment and reconciliation procedures.
- These processes have the potential to change based on business needs.
- Partners with internal and external areas to ensure proper procedures and functions related to billing are followed and supported.
- Act with uncompromising integrity.
- Provide outstanding service and build trusted relationships.
- Drive innovation in our products and services and continually improve our processes.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Advanced Reconciliation Process
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Analytical Skills
- Computer Literacy

Pay: $19.60 - $20.04 per hour
