Here's what you'd do : -This position is responsible for the repair and preventative maintenance of all equipment in the facility.-Ensure that all scheduled inspections and repairs are completed correctly, effectively, and promptly.-Perform oil and coolant changes on production equipment.-Diagnose and repair bearings, ball screws, and servo motors.-Ensure scheduled preventative maintenance activities are being performed and documented per schedule.-Install and relocate equipment as needed throughout the workshop.-Work with equipment manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems.-Effectively document the work performed to maintain accurate work history and troubleshooting notes.-Responsible for changing out air conditioning filters and light fixture switches.-Responsible for maintaining outside sprinkler systems and outside lighting.-Be accountable for working safely by following all safety rules and safe work practices.-Coordinate and support with the Facilities Supervisor to resolve equipment problems and schedule maintenance activities.-Ensure 6s are maintained in the assigned work areas.-Perform other related duties as necessary.
