Manufacturing Process Technician
Location: Tempe, AZ
Contract Type : Direct Placement
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective action
- Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvement
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization
- Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, changes, and results
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Adhere to all company and OSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds
- Meet or exceed company safety standards
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' previous experience in manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience as a Process Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation
- Familiarity with quality control principles and practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
