Interested?Here's what you'd do : -Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
- Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct online adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
- Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. -Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

Required Skills / Qualifications : -High School Diploma or GED.-Minimum of 6 years experience in CCA conformal coating.-Minimum of 6 years experience in masking / demasking perylene-coated cc's-Minimum of 6 years experience in Mechanical assembly.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in CCA soldering.-Minimum of 6 years experience in working under a microscope on small details.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in CCA Assembly.-Minimum of 6 years experience in coating from the automotive industry.Preferred Skills / Qualifications : -Associate Degree.
- Repair and Rework.-Mechanical.-Avionics manufacturing experience.-Can work well in a team environment.-Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail (detail-oriented environment).-Machine Operation.-IPC 610 Certification.Additional Information : -Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
