Procurement Coordinator

Acara Solutions is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to work with our client headquartered in Boston, MA. This position is 100% remote!

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Job Type: 6- month Contract w/ possibility to extend

- Support tickets submitted by stakeholders for new vendor onboarding requests. Ensure that each new vendor is assessed for criticality and risk, that appropriate reviewers are applied to support mitigation of risk, and that a complete risk assessment summary is drafted prior to onboarding the new vendor.

- Work with other reviewers/approvers within the new vendor onboarding approval flow to address questions, prioritize tickets, and ensure new vendors are onboarded in line with respective SLAs.

- Support other ad-hoc needs in the vendor onboarding, vendor risk management function.
