Acara Solutions is hiring Production Operators out in Tolleson, AZ for our partner who specializes in manufacturing.Job Summary : As a Production Operator at our partners Phoenix facility, you will be an integral part of the panel manufacturing process. Your primary responsibilities include operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring quality control, and contributing to the efficient and sustainable production of solar energy components. This role requires attention to detail and commitment to safety and environmental standards.Duties and responsibilities : -Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production Including but not limited to, photovoltaic cell manufacturing, soldering, encapsulation, and testing equipment.-Monitor production processes, equipment parameters, and environmental conditions to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to specifications.-Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
