- Evaluate business performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data andmetrics to drive informed decision-making and planning
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of multiple divisions to ensure predictable,planned, and transparent performance
- Manage key processes including project performance tracking and evaluation,customer, vendor and subcontractor contract management, equipment and resourceutilization, procurement, business development, etc.
- Engage with key business functions to build / improve processes and systems and enable staffing / structural recommendations to drive growth across the Company
- Meet with Client's management and Divisional VPs to make key operational decisions and setstrategic goals
- Manage and report financial performance of the business with detailed transaction-levelunderstanding of trial balanceHere's what you'll get : Pay : $120k - $130k, plus annual bonus and profits interest plans.Hours : 40 hours / week - Must be willing to travel and be on the road 50% of the time working at project sites.
