Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $173,000 - $220,000 per year. Job Responsibilities
Accounting
- Develops and executes the company's financial planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversees all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Directs internal and external stakeholders in the accurate preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
Finance
- Models and assesses the appropriateness of long-term capital structures, including fundraising, capital calls, debt financing, investor relations, and financial structuring for development projects.
- Devises and evaluates investment strategies, considering cash flow, liquidity risks, and market conditions, and make informed decisions.
Real Estate Tax
- Oversees the management and administration of all policies, procedures, and handling of items related to real estate taxes with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in either Accounting, Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred. Certified Public Accountant designation preferred. 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with significant experience in real estate development and finance.
