Acara Solutions is looking for a Senior Packaging Strategist Leader in Scottsdale, AZPay : $200K-$225KPerformance ObjectivesThe successful candidate will :
- Lead the transition and transformation from packaging to system level and applicationproduct driven focus for power modules.
- Prioritize with business partners and lead customers packaging enabling technology androadmap for power packaging solutions (discrete and modules)
- Is the US based packaging lead interface on strategic package development programs frominception to release leveraging packaging experts' teams in different time zones.
- Lead, organize problem solving and escalate critical outcome to executive leadership
- Organize the weekly, monthly, quarterly KPI results and gap consolidationLeadership Traits
- Demonstrates proficiency in writing and speaking, able to communicate vision, valueproposition and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Explains and presents technical risks and opportunities succinctly and clearly to seniormanagement
- Displays ability to work in teams of high-performance professionals in direct or indirect matrixrelationships
- Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectivelywith others

- Master's degree Material Science, Global or Mechanical Engineering
- 15 years of experience with proven track record in complex power packaging development
- Cross-cultural understanding and experiences
- Experience in technical team management and customer relationship
- Strong leadership scope that will lead an existing team of technically strong and experiencedindividuals / team.Technical Qualifications
- Experience in strategy definition and roadmap
- Drive project from inception to full release in production (design, process, equipment)
- Understanding of critical dependencies of other engineering functions
- Master risk management and problem-solving teams
- Design for robustness.
