Responsibilities : o Inspect and verify packages, parts and documentation (both incoming and outgoing) for quality and accuracyo Complete inspection records and inventory transactional paperwork as neededo Follow standard operating procedures (SOP's) to meet quality requirementso Work as a team member to aid others in achieving quality goals and on-time delivery goalso Pack daily customer and vendor shipments of parts, labels, packing slips and any requireddocumentation. Seal container(s), weigh, and place in designated shipping locationo Generate shipping labels and documentation using shipping software.o Contact shipping / freight companies for pick-ups as requiredo Use forklift to move materials as necessaryo Monitor supplies and utilize material replenishment reordering systemo Follow and perform assigned preventative maintenance taskso Cross train and assist other areas of production as neededo Follow all safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environmentRequired Skills / Qualifications : o Strong attention to detail / accuracyo Demonstrated ability to be a strong team playero Experience with computer systemso Experience with forklifto Previous shipping and receiving experience in a fast-paced environmento Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and ability to change priorities quickly and remain positiveo Customer focused with a strong aptitude for quickly learning part numbers and manufacturingprocesseso Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.o Stand, walk, and bend for extended periodsDesired Education, Certifications and Experience o 2 years' experience shipping and receiving in a manufacturing environmentAleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
