The ideal individual is currently in a Home Health Nursing management position and ready to hit the ground running while building a dynamic team that will expand our organizations platform throughout Texas.
Qualifications/Experience:
- RN - Current Registered Nurse License for the state of TX - Required
- 3-5 years Director of Nursing in Home Health experience -Required
- 5 years of Home Health RN Case Manager experience - Required
- 5 years of Nurse Management experience - Required
- Proven leadership experience in Home Health
- Time management and multitasking skills to complete many tasks throughout the day
- High organizational skills
- Able to prioritize and be efficient and work without supervision
- Knowledge of Medicare and Joint Commission guidelines, rules, regulations, and elements of performance
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with staff, patients and patients’ families
- Extensive knowledge of nursing best practices and federal, state and local healthcare laws
- Strong written communication skills to compile reports and write evaluations
- Analytical skills to interpret diagnostic information and financial data
