About The Role
As Content Development Manager, your work will be integral to Acast’s content acquisition efforts in the US market and the execution of the broader content strategy.You will work closely with the development team to identify new potential partnership opportunities across various creator types.
Salary: 70 000-80 000 USD/Yearly

About The Role
As Content Development Manager, your work will be integral to Acast’s content acquisition efforts in the US market and the execution of the broader content strategy.You will work closely with the development team to identify new potential partnership opportunities across various creator types.
Salary: 70 000-80 000 USD/Yearly
What You´ll Do
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the podcast space: independent podcasters, media companies, talent agencies, management companies and production companies
- Identify new content partners that bring new audiences to Acast across multiple platforms including RSS, video platforms and social media.
- Pitch Acast’s products and services, tailoring a compelling narrative to a creator’s specific needs. Negotiate contractual relationships with content partners.
- Oversee management of inbound submissions pipeline. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments, competitive landscape and emerging opportunities in the podcast space.
- Maintain team databases and pitch materials. Work collaboratively with the partnerships team to assist in management of key partnerships.
- Proficient knowledge and interest in the US podcast industry. Excellent pitching, presentation and problem solving skills.
- Ability to build a pipeline and negotiate agreements.
- Proactive, highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to see the big picture.
- Exceptional verbal,written, interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills.
- Have an affinity and strong understanding of the creator economy and Gen-Z related platforms
- Team player who is collaborative, creative and highly motivated.
- Experience in audio, digital media, marketing or branded content is a plus.
- Some experience working with talent directly and /or navigating the entertainment industry is a plus, with an emphasis on negotiating with agents, lawyers, and managers.
