JOB TITLE: Donation Sorter/Pricer
EMPLOYER: American Council of the Blind Enterprises and Services
REPORTS TO: Store Manager
SUMMARY: Sorts incoming donations and maintains a clean and organized backroom.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Processes donated items by unloading, sorting, packing, storing, and loading donated items
· Routes donated items to the appropriate destination (i.e. store distribution, recycling, clothing donation or trash)
· Prices items appropriately; communicates with team to ensure consistent and accurate pricing
· Sorts donated hardgoods by judging the condition of items

· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· No prior experience or training. Prefer previous experience in a warehouse setting. Prefer experience and knowledge of household items and brands.
