Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting members with inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive experience within our facility.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answer member inquiries regarding accounts and services.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all credit union policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Assist in other areas in a relief capacity.
- Perform other duties as requested and assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CU specific programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
