- Conducting in-depth operational analysis to support decision-making.

- Analyzing drilling performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze operational and financial data requirements.
- Creating detailed reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Utilizing advanced data visualization tools to present operational and financial data in a clear and concise manner.
- Supporting the development and implementation of data-driven operational and financial strategies.
What we are looking for...
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience in operational data analysis and business analysis with a focus on financial impact.
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI).
