What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment Generator position at ACC CORP?
Well established service company with 35 years in the industry is in immediate need of three well qualified candidates for our appointment setting position within our office. We need people with the ability to work on the phone, calling different businesses to set face-to-face sales appointments for our sales team. Candidates must be capable of making 15 to 20 calls an hour, and make at least 3 appointments per shift.
Candidates will receive appropriate training to be combined with their own ability. We are seeking a professional, casual, clean-cut individual that's ready to start immediately.
Duties:
- Must sound professional, articulate, and have proper on the phone manners.
- Identify and qualify leads for business development opportunities
- Schedule appointments for sales team to meet with potential clients
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and follow-up activities
- Meet the daily quota for qualified appointment setting
- Report to company General Manager ONLY
Experience:
- Previous experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is preferable, but have a willingness to learn and be sales oriented
- Computer knowledgeable is a MUST
- Having organization skills is a MUST
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with potential clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build report quickly
- MUST be a dynamic, aggressive self-motivated and target-driven person with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaker is preferable
